About Us
As Ukrainian-Americans, we feel the pain of the Ukrainian people. As Americans, we know the value of freedom and understand what the Ukrainians are fighting for.
Our mission is to help Ukrainians in the most direct way possible. The funds donated to our organizations will be used directly to purchase items for the Ukrainians.
We are all 100% volunteers, with no operational costs. Your hard-earned money will be spent on helping Ukrainians not to run the organization.
Our Mission

Protective Gear & Medical Supplies
Help with injury prevention and injury recovery
Provide supplies in the most urgent, hard to reach areas
Kids of Ukraine
Provide clothing, toys, shelter, education, family placement for kids impacted by the war
Provide mental health assistance for the kids impacted by the war

Mykola Zavada
Co-Founder
Born in Dresden, in 1981,
moved to the US in 2015
Lives in New York City
Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Information Systems
15+ years as an engineering professional
Max Bukhover
Co-Founder
Born in Kyiv, in 1982,
immigrated to the US in 1995
Lives in Westchester, NY
MBA from Pace University.
10+ years in accounting/tax career (CPA).
